LiliConnect's first major event a success!
Liliconnect's first formal event entitled "Climbing the Management Ladder" was a well attended affair seeing many women from different roles within law firms and other organisations network and listen to distinguished speakers who provided great advice and insight into their journey towards a successful career. They also answered questions from attendees leaving everyone with valuable tips to consider in furthering personal career development.
The LILIConnect group will endeavour to conduct relevant and structured market research both independently and in association with the group's partners and associates. The research group will provide the LILIConnect members with a valuable information resource through which to conduct and manage surveys, publish white papers and develop an independent thought leadership programme.
The LILIConnect Mentor scheme will provide a personal developmental relationship between experienced and knowledgeable Mentors and a Mentee.
The scheme will provide informal transfer of knowledge, social capital, psychosocial support, interpersonal support, guidance, mutualexchange, coaching and role playing relevant for work, career, or professional development.
The LILIConnect Knowledge Base will provide members access to a variety of collaborative resources and precedent knowledge that can be shared and developed by the group. Members will be invited to contribute to the knowledge base thus facilitating a collective resource that will prove extremely useful as the group develops.
The LILIConnect Member Services scheme will provide access to a variety of subsidised services that the LILIConnect membership will find useful, interesting and helpful. These services will be provided by independent organisations that wish to support the members of the group while raising awareness of their services respectively.
